I was impressed. Noah provided an excellent, well organized evaluation of the property (new build - custom home) on very short notice. He is well versed in construction means and methods, has a a keen eye for spotting deficiencies and he will keep your builder on their toes. He comes across as truely interested in what he does and thoroughly enjoys his work. I felt confident that he represented my interests and he did not hesitate to point out issues to the contractor, voice his opinion and ask the tough questions. Worth every penny!
